Right now I am trying to get my mind tuned to what I am about to do. Its almost like the last supper without the meal of course.
I want to remain optimistic that I will pull it off. I have been told that fasting is a lot like mind over matter (or food cravings) and I must tell you matter has been winning this battle for a loooooong time.
10 days is good so if you can pull that off that would be great.
