Re: Dorn, emotions

Hi, yes emotions are usually part of the whole process and often during or after a Dorn method session emotions show up. I have a chart that shows these connections which is meant as a reference and not as diagnosis.
The Dorn Method can safely and effectifely re-align the joints and if the patient keeps them in place by avoiding bad movements and by doing the self therapy exercises long enough, e.g. minimum two month the muscular system must react accordingly and will change its state of tension and actually rebuild on a cellular level in order to adjust to the new joint position, a totally natural thing.
A combination with other therapies and the correct stretching however can bring faster results than just Dorn alone.
