Re: Hi Ptree! Please Advise!
Hi Ptree!
Thanks so much for responding! I've been doing the enemas with purified water that I then boil and allow to cool to room temperature. When I first started them, I did a
quart at once, and then found that it made me go to many times to the bathroom, and created so much pain. I had also started drinking veggies in the blender with water, and added beets to the mix for two days in a row. I must've overdone it, because I was severely fatigued on those days- I could not get out of bed! So I layed off the beets, and went down to doing 1/2
quart enemas....but realized yesterday that the gas was probably worse because not everything was coming out! So, I did another 1/2
quart enema, and it helped...but still had a bit of gas, and a lot of pain all night.
I have a very hard time with fats- especially nuts and seeds, and legumes have been causing me severe fatigue as well....so I'm still so limited. I get treated with an NAET pr. once a week, and last week we did fiber, so I'm sure that's why I've been doing better with raw veggies. I will treat legumes and nuts so that I can have some protein! Yogurt gives me sinus problems, though I love it sooo much!
I just bought some GREENS+ and am going to try it out....I'll look into those other products you mentioned.
I have been doing
colonics since the summer, every 3-4weeks...I've probably had seven or eight, and they are usually moderately to severely painful! It's probably also when the gas is moving forward....but why is there so much gas stuck in the first place?
Ptree, is there a possibility that I have severe damage to my colon? I just wonder with all the pain sometimes....but I don't have any bleeding or anything. I just never imagined that it could be possible to endure this much agony every day....but I'm on a mission to heal my gut!
Thank you sooooo much for all you help!
Terry xoxo.
