Hi Ptree!
Long time no speak:) I've been trying out different things for my bowel, and some have helped, some not. I have lots of questions!
1) I tried the pancreatin and hcl- pancreatin helped with gas, but the hcl didn't aggree with me- I experienced buning in my gut. A pr. muscle tested me, and confirmed my feeling. I went back to using bilac, which contains milk thistle and other herbs to promote digestion.
2) Started doing enemas! Took me a week to finally get the hang of it. I've been doing baking soda and acidopholus ones, and I feel much better and less toxic after! BUT.....I get severe pain, especially in my lower left side, and constant gas that passes for hours after I do one!Is this normal? It just turns my system upside down- if I do one in the morning, I'm in pain most of the day, and then I can barely eat! Please Help!
3) I've been eating a lot more veggies, especially raw. I realize that they don't cause me any more pain than other foods. What does affect me badly is the grains and the meats! The grains make me dizzy and sleepy, and I think promote the severe throbbing that I experience in my colon. The meat just doesn't get digested no matter how many enzymes I take, and causes me gas and bloating. So I'm basically a vegan again- though nuts are out and I have problems with beans and soy. Again, help!
The throbbing in my gut worries me the most..it moves around constantly- lower right, lower left, along the transverse colon....and besides the grains, and maybe beans, I can't pinpoint why this happens. Could this be a bacterial infection? I'm wondering if I should go back on the
parasite remedy that I tried a while back....am currently taking 1tsp. flax with 1 tsp
Bentonite twice a day.....as well as one alfalfa tablet 3 times a day...and still can only really go with the enema!
I appreciate all you help!
Terry.
