Brushing Teeth & Mercury Fillings

Hello,

I have two questions:

- Is there any risk to brushing teeth with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement if you have mercury fillings?
I'm thinking it might desolve some of the mercury as you brush and it is released into the body's system.

- In the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement book, JH writes about brushing teeth with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement : "Do not leave this solution in the mouth for longer than 60 seconds.".

I tried to brush all my teeth in 60 seconds. Cannot be done. How are others here doing this?
