A few things to keep in mind:

HIV infection CANNOT cause any diseases in man.

AIDS is not a disease.

HIV antibody testing is notoriously inaccurate having over 65 known causes for false positives. Therefore, the prevalence of HIV is not near as high as we have been led to believe. By the way, the confirmation test is an even less accurate antibody test. And viral load (PCR, polymerase chain reaction) is a joke. It cannot confirm the presence of a particular virus, nor viral activity as is being claimed.
