You should be fasting when taking Bentonite and psyllium. The Bentonite will make you constipated otherwise. This is how I understand it.
The Ultimate Cleanse has you take lemon juice, some herbs that keep you from getting constipated, and the material to remove parasytes. It costs $250 but is well worth it. It includes also the Bentonite and psyllium
It is the best system I've heard of. I've been on it now for 15 days. I've not felt hungry at all.
And you can't imagine the things I've seen come out of my body. The program usually lasts 98 days, 8 of which are fasting. I'm fasting longer because I'm a hard case being older (78). I can't imagine anyone taking psyllium and bentonite alone without the other materials.
Oh, and to answer your question about the birth control pills. The B&P you take won't remove the pills any more than they will the food you eat. Or in the case of the Ultimate Cleanse, the lemon juice nourishment. JD Tweet
