Coffee Anyone?

I used to get severe headaches that sometimes lasted five days, give or take. In conjunction with Liver Flushing and cleansing of all kinds, I have used coffee enemas, and I have discovered that a coffee enema, preceeded by a warm water enema to clear things out, has stopped a headache dead in its tracks. After eight months on this wonderful narrow path of natural healing, I do not get these horrible headaches anymore!! Any cleansing will probably help your headaches, but give coffee enemas a try.
