effects of p&b cleanse

I've been on p&b for about 4 weeks now. The other day I expelled some mucoid plaque for the first time. Along with the plaque came some blackish green liquid that I can only describe as toxic!! It smelled really bad and there was an irridescent film on the surface of the water. I had a dull, constant headache for much of that day and the next day, but eventually the headache went away and I felt FANTASTIC!!
Before the plaque came out, I had a few mild spots of eczema, but since then, the spots have been getting worse (redder, more irritated) and i have a new spot on my chin. I know that this is common while doing a cleanse, but I really do not want to have a full blown eczema attack!! Should I take measures to prevent it (like evening primrose oil) or should I just let it run its course?

Also, since I started the cleanse, I feel some pressure in my bottom jaw. I need to have my wisdom teeth removed because they are really crowding my teeth. Is it possible that the cleanse is affecting this or is it probably just coincidence?
