Supposed ocular rosacea and blepharitis-please help my red-rimmed, bloodshot eyes!

If anyone can me out I'd be greatly appreciative!

For years I've suffered with red, bloodshot eyes. I no longer can wear my contacts as much and even when I wear my glasses, I look tired (to the point where people comment on it) at work with my red-rimmed bloodshot eyes. I do work with computers but try to take breaks often and blink a lot. My eyes seem to be really red every morning and when I rub my top lids at work my vision gets blurry for a bit so I know that my meiobian glands probably aren't functioning properly. I've been to opthamologists who say that I have ocular rosacea. I've tried lid scrubs, warm compresses, lid massages with no luck (though I only did this routine for a month or so and gave up) have been on steriod drops, artificial tears, you name it. I've altered my diet significantly to the point where I'm juicing fresh vegetables, cut out Sugar and gluten (I found out through a RAST blood test that I'm intollerant (IgG reaction) to gluten, oranges and sunflower oil). I do have food and environmental allergies that I'm trying to address in a different forum as well but my eyes usually aren't itchy and watery indicating allergy-related symptoms. I'd love to have healthy eyes and not look like I'm an insomniac, pot-smoker. Anyone that has gone through a similar situation and conquered this beast would be my hero!

Thank you!
