       My apologies for a late response.  Low Dose Naltrexone, even though it is a miniscule dose of regular Naltrexone still must be prescribed by a medical professional.   LDN is generally taken between 1 mg/day to 3 mg/day for children and 4.5/day for adults versus Naltrexone for other conditions is generally taken at 50 mg/day.  The WWW.LDNInfo.org website has a lot of information about it, as well as recommended pharmacies where LDN can be compounded.  I would recommend using one of those compounding pharmacies on the website because it's very important for LDN to be properly compounded (to ensure quality controls are done on it, it's the right dosage, and the fillers in the capsules (beside the LDN) are compatible with LDN).   In our case, our medical professional called one of the pharmacies in Florida to fill our prescription, then the pharmacy called me to get billing and mailing information.   If you want to e-mail me off-line, I can provide you the name of the pharmacy that we use (we like them a great deal, they do quality controls on every batch, and are one of the more economical compounding pharmacies).
