Re: Rage

HA~! as my neighbor likes to admonish
me when I am reluctant to try something
new~~ "stop being a pussy~!" It does not
hurt AND with your history it would
really help you. Take a gander at the
image files in the Liver Flush image file
and look at some of those honker stones
that people have passed without any pain.

and this one~~

You can also pay attention to adding more
plant-based oils to your diet which will
be beneficial in stimulating more bile
production. Take a spoon of olive oil or
flax or hemp oil by mouth a couple times
a day to begin and add until you are getting
3-6 teaspoons a day. Especially if you are
having pain in your gallbladder/liver area,
you are RIPE for liver flushing.

I have had friends over for liver-flushing
weekends and they are always thrilled with
the results. They come nervous and leave
satisfied that they have spared themselves
a world of hurt that comes with acute gall
bladder attacks. Unfortunately, one friend
never did overcome her fear and she now has
NO gallbladder and her issues are now replaced
with others, since yanking your gallbladder
out will create other health problems.

Here are the notes I wrote up for my friends
who want to do more flushes on their own.
Perhaps you will feel comfy having a step
by step idea of what to do. Effortlessly and
easily flush away man~!

Liver Flush Notes

A. You can eat or drink food, NO FATS, until 2 PM day of flush.
B. 2PM mix 4 tablespoons Epsom Salts with 3 cups of water. CHILL
in fridge.

C. Drink 3/4ths cup Epsom Salts & water at 6PM and another at 8PM.
You can drink water after 2PM as long as it is 20 minutes before or
after time for your Epsom Salts & water doses. The epsom salts
will clean you out and so be sure to say near to a toilet.

D. 9:45 PM mix 3/4ths to 1 cup of FRESH grapefruit juice and 1/2 cup
of olive oil. I use organic olive oil. You can add a dropper of walnut
hull tincture (for parasites) to the mixture if you would like. I also add
1 teaspoon of ground ginger and 1 teaspoon of tumeric to the mixture.
I use a blender and add the spices when the potion is on low so the
spices mix in easily and thoroughly. Use the toilet for the last time
since once you drink your grapefruit-olive oil potion, you will go to
bed for the night.

E. 10PM drink the potion-mixture and go lay down immediately. You
should lay on your back with your head elevated, or on your right
side. You can draw your knees up and this also can help. Lay still
for 30-45 minutes or as long as possible. If you have difficulty
sleeping, you can also take 7 caps of orinthine with your drink. I do
not have any problem doing this so after the first time never did.

F. Next morning, upon waking, but after 6AM, drink 3/4 cup of epsom
salt-water mixture. This is when you can expect to see stones or
chaff or sludge from your liver-gallbladder. You can use a colander
or strainer to collect the stones if you like.

G. Wait two hours and take another dose of 3/4 cup -1 cup of grapefruit
juice and 1/2 cups of olive oil with the ginger and tumeric. Lay down.
You can also lay in a recliner fully reclined for an hour while the
mixture is moving.

H. Two hours later, drink last 3/4 cup of Epsom salt-water mixture.
I. After 2 hours, have some juice.
J. Another half hour later, you can have some fruit.
K. Another hour later, you can have food (light).

One other thing~~any questions ask in the Liver Flush
forum as the folks there are very helpful. The FAQs
and recommended messages should also give you more info.

Please let us know how it goes for you~~
