Sorry I have not been on the forum for awhile. By now you are in the apartment. Please write an update of your situation, if you get notified of this response. If it smells musty, there likely is some degree of a mold problem. If the landlord did not replace all building material affected by the previous mold problem, then there is still a mold problem. If they dried out the building materials within 24-48 hours of the water leak, it would have prevented a mold problem. But, since it smells musty, there is probably some mold problem. I'll stop here untill you respond with an update.
