Im just curious, I am gearing up to do my first flush in a couple of days, do you scoop them out of the toilet bowl? Are they hard or soft? Were they easy to cut? Im kind of frightened by the thought but sounds like a beneficial thing to do. Did you do the parasite and Colon Cleanse first?
