No nausea. Drinking milk with acidophilus or soy milk. It got way better after I got pregnant.
Somebody elses' went away with some unrelated medication, don't remember which. When I had it
really bad, even the whey in bread or other products could make me sick (gas, diarrhea). No cheese, no yoghurt...
There was a book called: "No milk today." Actually the doctor I had at that time helped me figure it out.
No milk products and no fat for a week, problems went away, then gradually added fat back.
