Deciding What to Take

Deciding which parasite formula to buy can seem overwhelming with all the products on the market. Read the labels and compare the ingredients. Any product that contains Wormwood, Green Black Walnut Hull and Cloves will probably work just fine.

Ask the clerk at the store which brand is the most popular and how long they've been carrying it. Sometimes a product will become popular temporarily because of sales hype. Some products are popular for years and years because they are effective.

If it has the three main ingredients, and it's popular, the store has been carrying it for a long time, and it's made by a company with a good reputation, it's probably going to be money well spent.

None the less, there may a certain amount of trial and error that you will have to go through.

Just because a product works great for one person, doesn't mean it's going to work great for you. Human beings are a genetically diverse species. You may not have the DNA profile to respond to certain ingredients, the way someone else does. You may want to try several products in search of the one that works best for you, since routine maintenence is highly recommended to remain parasite free.

I would avoid products that have an extremely long list of ingredients, and buy one that has three or four main ingredients, with just a few extra ingredients for enhancement. If they provide a brochure explaining the formulation, and can tell you why they have chosen the ingredients they use, it can be very helpful.

Some people want a formula that contains bentonite to cleanse heavy metals. Some people may choose one that contains probiotics because they have candida. Others may look for one with psyllium because they suffer from constipation. Finding the right formula for you is a highly individual matter.

Knowing what kind of parasites you are eliminating can also help you decide which formula to buy. Some people may require anti-fungal nutrients like iodine or caprylic acid. Some people may have bacterial infection and need anti-biotic herbs, like goldenseal or echinacea purpurea. Some people may need anti-viral nutrients like lysine, or olive leaf and echinacea angustafolia.

Please consider taking Iodine in addition to herbal anti-parasiticals. Iodine is a universal nutrient, and will enhance everything else you take. And almost everybody is deficient these days.
