i have come to realize that i need to know who's on the team in order to work with them effectively

i understand there is no way to keep trolls, hackers and such out

i let it slide the first time i banned ds and he got back in
i asked who reversed my decision and nobody replied
for all i know he might have hacked the system and let himself back in

but then i banned somebody else and that person got back in
so what is the point in moderating if my decisions are going to be reversed
it is a waste of my time
i don't care to waste any time
my time is the most precious resource i have

if a mod thinks I have banned someone that shouldn't have been banned,
let's talk about it, convince me to give the member another chance, i am perfectly capable of unbanning that person myself, but don't reverse my decisions or i'm not gonna waste any more of my time
