Hi anyajb, I don't know much about restriction diets for anorexia but I Googled restriction diet and came across this page.

I don't know if people her would agree with it, but either way, I don't think it's a good idea for fasting4fibroidcure to fast every other day.

Hmmm, actually fasting4fibroidcure, are you not fasting for a fibroid cure? If so, I doubt that one day fasts would do anything for that.
