discouraged singer

I've been singing all of my life. There's a level of joy I can't fully express verbally but I know it's a part of me I don't want to fade away.

It has been years and I have yet to clear these sinus problems. I've tried everything it seems. But now it seems my vocal cords are being affected as well. I can't go above a certain note anymore without so much energy, and my breaths are short.

And every morning and periodically throughout the day I have to cough up these thick yellow globs of mucus/phlegm and get tonsil stones occasionally as well. My ears are constantly congested, and I haven't been able to breathe in both nostrils for YEARS.

I've never smoked a day in my life, though about five years ago I've experienced breathing in black smoke from a really bad fire.

What can I do to get this stuff up out of my lungs and my throat so that I can sing and breathe properly again?
