Good videos, common sense. To bad most of us with weight problems do not follow the common sense that he speaks of, otherwise we wouldn't be fat to begin with.
I liked how he talked about snacking, and how snacking in between meals is "Just stupid" lol.
Also the info about eating before bed, he explained that very well. I have always tried to eat my last meal at least 5 hours before bedtime, nice to know i was doing SOMETHING right... ha.
