I use San Giuliano Alghero olive oil. It is organic, extra virgin, cold pressed in a tall dark bottle...made in Italy. Not as "fine" as some of the others mentioned, but a good oil nonetheless. I also use it on my skin and put a few drops in my water & tea along with lemon and raw ginger. It's kind of an acquired taste I guess. I also cook a lot with it. I love to roast chunks of potatoes, carrots, yams, onions, etc. together in the oven with olive oil and rosemary sprinkled on top...yummm
