Re: numbness and pain in wrist/thumb

Cayenne pepper: orally 1 tsp. with fresh lemon juice and Celtic sea salt (or other pure sea salt for optimum, but the cayenne is the main ingredient here)

[Increase circulation= more blood flow delivers faster healing]

Externally: mix cayenne with castor oil [or olive or coconut oil or a cream ] and rub gently on area. wrap and let it go to work. It may get hot. If so remove the wrap and rub gently, then reapply when possible]

Vitamin B12 + B complex (both): help in the production of red blood cells, protect and assist myelin [the protective sheath of the nerves]

lots of water [with a bit of REAL, PURE sea salt and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice would be best] (Salt: optimizes energy production, lemon: one of the best things for our bodies)

You may also want to up you Vit C - to increase and assist you collagen production at this time.
