use malic acid capsules

I take four 500mg tablets of malic acid with 2 cups of warm water the first thing in the morning. I do this for several days prior to my flush. The malic acid is the ingredient in apple juice that softens the stones. I do not feel it is healthy to drink that much apple juice for so many days. Many people have other health issues that can be complicated by that much sugar, even if it is natural. Happy flushing ! :) Tweet
