I have been fighting high cholesterol and trygliceride levels for a long time, mine makes yours look like nothing I know no matter what it is still important n matter how gh it is, honestly.., My tryglicerides at one point were 3480, and my cholsterol was 562, I have been on plenty of meds for them, but now my triglycrides is 1000, and I believe my cholsterol is almost normal, I also have diabetis, and a kidney disease, so I cannot go on the kind of diet that you went on, and it sucks, but I am glad that you feel more healthier, and I hope you stick with it..
