Hi, Lisa.

I have gotten some herbs that are supposed to help the kidneys, and I'm slowly incorporating them into my daily supplements one at a time to make sure I'm not allergic to anything. Also, I'm doing a parasite cleanse and I've started to take some herbs and things for candida.

I'm continuing the water, but have decided to go off of fruits totally for at least ten days on account of the candida "trial". If I have candida, it sure will explain most, if not all, of my symptoms for the past twenty years or so.
