Is it ok to pop fordyce spots like you would a pimple?
I just poked one with a needle, the squeezed it and it was just like popping a pimple (little puss coming out) :S
I'm wondering if this is safe? If it is I'll just get rid of all of them this way, to me, these spots are almost as bad as the EC its self since they're a lot more noticable in public.
