Re: A curious effect of water fasting?

I was reading posts on a rawtalk forum, and a few said they ate a lot of raw to start with, then noticed they needed less as time went by. The more nourished the body became and nutrient deficits were met, the body needed much less nutritious food to satisfy and stay healthy.

I agree that people are starving. I know some people that don't cook, or eat raw, but just eat anything to hand, usually total junk. I sometimes wonder how the body manages to survive at all on some of the diets i've seen others eat.

People on junk are always hungry because their bodies are still craving nutrients. I suppose when you eat lots of juicy fruits etc, your need for water is reduced anyway, and as you say, there are not so many toxins to flush away.
