Light symptoms: pressure in right area under rib cage still hungry.
medium: pain there, but you can still talk, phone, drive; no appetite.
severe: pain so bad you want to go to the emergency room, no position brings relief, breathing hard.
Fortunately the severe pain usually lessened after about 1/2 h for me.
Clay coloring of stool in all cases.
In two cases, I had dark coloring of the urine, fortunately only for a day each, which
really scared me since I think it means the common bile duct is closed, which could also mean stop of
pancreatic enzyme flow.
If it was inconvenient to do a full flush, I have had symptom relief with 3 Tbsp of olive oil mixed with equal
volume of water/fresh lemon juice. Both in morning first thing or eve last. Found this in a nutrition book. Warm
water bottle on area is pleasant. ½ dose of Mg Citrate about two h before oil seems to help without being stuck
Will be doing third full (Clark) flush tomorrow. Please wish me luck.
