Are revisions in nose surgery high risk?

Are revisions in nose surgery high risk?
Ok so it's been 4 months since my surgery. When I got the cast off there was swelling where the old bump used to be, and now 4 months later, though the swelling has subsided, there is a tiny bump there, almost like the size of a pin, and hard like bone. I love my nose, and it's almost a stright profile except for this tiny bump.

So I'm pretty sure revision is something that will be needed to get rid of this bump. For those who had the rasping revision:

1) What are the risks? Can the bump come back? What determines if it's likely to come back?

2) What is recovery like? Are you still bedridden and very swollen, I know it's not as bad as the first time, but do you still look slightly bruised and noticeably swollen?

3) Is recovery from this a year or is it quicker?
