Calcium excess

Wommie,

It is so hard to convince women not to take calcium. Whenever I try, it's like I have a third head. I hadn't seen that article but it is enlightening.

Dr. Abraham has said calcium supplementation is the main obstacle to Iodine absorption.

Calcium is another supplement(like DIM)that has caused more harm than good. In my circle of friends, calcium has caused electrolyte imbalances and fainting at the gym, cardiac arrythymias...leading to unnecessary catherization.

Don't get me started. People seem to think osteoporosis and osteopenia are calcium deficiencies rather than endocrine disorders.

Vitamin D3 seems to reverse osteopenia fairly quickly. Hopefully, it will replace calcium supplements.
