ohhh no my friend. not free by a long shot, just woke this morning to see some wierd "hide" if thats the word.. some wierd hide of what was probably tapeworm. did you ever watch alien 3? where the guy finds some skin and then sees the alien and falls into the fan or whatever.. it looked like that skin! verry horrifying sorry for the details, but it is by no means over!
i have noticed that as time goes on and i purge more and more, that the number of small white worms i see lessens massively and now i see what i believe are flukes, plus yesterday a long but very thin black worm.. my belly was swelled for a longgg time, but now it goes down instantly after BMs so i guess maybe im lessening the amount of
parasites by a good deal, or at least finding a RYTHM which my body can handle, and this is what you must do, i feel.
first up, do not judge ANYTHING as good or bad, as sickness or wellness. the times ive felt most near death have been preludes to major releasing of some shocking things from my body. this does not mean make yourself ill, but if your body is weak or you have lots of parasites, maybe you must expect this on some level friend.
use your own judgement and pick and choose from other peoples experience, keep refining your program, and have trust in the way.
sorry to talk excessively, i will answer your points. green is okay, the best test is to try to SPROUT them. if you see little shoots [i believe they are white but its been so long since i ate pumpkin sprouts:D] you know theyre raw "enough". basically when you dry them and pull them from the pumpkin you usually dont bring off a second coating to the seed which is green. but sometimes it happens. you may see an ivory colored seed but many green ones. these are okay, unless maybe irradiated. but dont quote me on this. all i would say is take as raw as you can over anything cooked. the less messed with the better!
are you in uk? healthfood stores, or even supermarkets are full of seeds at verrry cheap price, such as 50p for some organic ones maybe a little higher depending where you go, ive food nearly all of these sprout if they are organic, so they are "raw enough" for sure! i dont think the sunflower seeds are a very important addition though based on how ive been with them. take em or leave em, dont overload your system night and day with seeds too early on. i find they slow down the flow of BMs and for me i HAD to keep things moving with the linseeds and warm liquids just to stop what was surely the "die off" reaction, where i believe all toxins are released in your system. again your own judgement is needed here..

Black-Walnut s and im definately cleansing to the edges of what my body can handle. by this i mean take raw pumpkin seeds over those from the actual pumpkin if you cant find one [i got mine in a little organic store in yorkshire], and good quality dried herbs over living ones if locating those is a problem too [if you are in the uk, again i got mine from asda they are on offer fr around 80p, organic too, beautiful]. surely some compounds or qualities in there will still have an effect. i also put dried organic oregano from sainsburies all over my salads, cravings! then later read this is good herb for killing parasites!
i do not want to impose on you too much but i believe that raw fruits are not a problem, perhaps even necessary. you need the quick release energy. they are so easy to digest that the worms probably get verrry little from it. only when you have slow transit time and when you mix fruit with slow digesting food does it ferment and maybe then worms have party on it. try a few days on just warm liquids and fruits, but heres the thing, and i believe its my own concept so take it with a pinch of salt:P...
always take something that a
parasite would like with a little of what it wouldnt, my logic being they wont move around your body [if indeed they can] or try to hide maybe? a ridiculous concept perhaps.. but if you eat lot of high carb fruit, then an apple, but have the SEEDS TOO, they are happy then boom, hello cyanide!
you follow my logic? or take seeded grapes over non seeded.. perhaps in this way it is even more superior to fasting which i was personally too physically weak to accomplish.. they do not hide away they are on CONSTANT RED ALERT through your intelligent food choices.

remember this is your story, we all share here what has worked for us, and in time you will be like me sharing a terrifying success. i would ditch the limited diet, but again do not want to preach on you. once the cleansing gets kickstarted with whatever the key catalyst may be for your body, i would keep it moving rather than put chicken in there.. but just a thought and again listen to your body. take our experiences, try them, take it easy, rome was not built so quickly eh! from this you will find YOUR rythm. this is hard work, but you are saving yourself from pain in later days. be strong!
