Try 1/2 dose. Some do 1/2 dose at 6pm, then enema at 8 pm instead of two doses,
same in morning, 1/2 dose at 6 am then enema at 8 am. I did that on second flush after
2 w of 1st flush and had about 80 pea size stones.
I use 5 oz of magnesium citrate which is half dose of recommendation on bottle.
Don't know if you have tried supplements for depression. St. John's Wort,
black kohosh, eating more nuts and beans (supposedly work similar to
estrogens for premenopausal symptoms) seem to work for some people.
5HTP for better sleep is supposed to raise serotonin levels.
Found that Zen meditation helps me accept low moods, they usually pass after a while.
