Re: What Would You Do? (Cyst in Breast)
Well I got a mammogram and an ultrasound done yesterday.
They were not painful at all, but I can only speak for myself, the lady who did it told me sometimes people say it hurts.
I'm a young 32 very health conscious and in excellent shape.
I started asking myself why I got this cyst, it hurts sometimes... I'm just happy I didn't get a cancer diagnosis yesterday.
Either way, I used to get painful lumps under my armpits from wearing certain deodorants. I know that sweating is the body's way of getting rid of toxins also and deodorants and anti-perspirants block that from happening. They create a film over your pores (holes in your skin where it breathes)
My doctor said to leave the cyst alone unless it gets bigger.
Then they'll stick a needle in my breast in drain it, no thank you!
My plan, do BIKRAM YOGA for a month, it's the type of yoga that's done in a sauna like room and you sweat a whole lot while you do it. NO deodorant while doing this!!!
I'm definitely not going to wear deodorant when I sleep so at night I suggest you shower and wash your armpits clear of deodorant allowing your pores to sweat freely and if you're going to be at home any time of the day wash your deodorant off as well...
I'm going to try this for the 30 days... the bikram yoga is going to be the hard part and I'll see if my cyst shrinks.
good luck!
