Can someone help

About 6 weeks ago I fell and cracked my elbow. Took six screws to repair it. Two weeks after that one of my staples came loose, so I pulled it out. I felt no pain or dizziness , but passed out for a few seconds. I thought, some quirk, and forgot about it. Two days later while shopping, I got real dizzy, funny chest pains and short of breath. Ended up in Cardiac Ward for three days. Had a heart cath done and everything was fine and sent home. Still
I was having the chest pains and dizziness. Long story short! I've seen several Doctors. Some say stress or I'm depressed. I'm not. Had chest MRI and ears checked. Blood work done. One Doctor thought nerves in my arm were causing my problems. After 25 thousand dollars, three thousand out of my pocket, I still feel the same. Last year I was having pain in Gallbladder area. Had Ultrasound and dye test and
nothing found. That little ache has remained until this day,
but seems like getting worse. Can Gallbladder problems mimic
a heart attack? Can they make you dizzy. It seems possible from what I've read. I'm sick of Doctors. Last night, doing nothing else, I mixed lemon juice and olive oil, about a half cup and drank it. Later I past a few stones. I actually felt better. I started parasite cleanse today and
plan to do liver cleanse this week. I guess I'm in a hurry to feel better, to try something. I'm going nuts. ANy ideas
would be grateful about my possible condition. Doctors have no answers. Oh, they gave me an appointment with a neuro, it's Dec 4. I told them I would probably be better or dead by then.
