I too had bad exzema and various skin problems for years,also migraines, terrible mood swings, constipation,diarrhea etc. I found out(after being diagnosed) I was a celiac, great,at least I knew it had a name, and a food allergy none the less. This is not to say that this is your problem though. I was tested by iridoligy and later a doctor. I put my faith in the iridoligy and not the doctor. After 6 months they (the doctor)still couldn`t give me a straight answer, I haven`t looked back. As for putting urine on your face, try fresh.I do every night and don`t wash it off until morning. It is completely absorbed after a few minutes and it does not smell.Urine breaks down after 15 minutes from leaving the body and turns into ammonia. Aged urine for that matter would smell and it is best to do it at night and wash it off in the morning or as long as you can stand it.
