I'm really glad you are taking steps, and I am proud of your attitude.

If your picture is really you, today, then know that most young people are not taking as good of care of themselves, possibly because there just isn't the information out there, or, there is, but one has to dig for it.

It's far more fun to have company...expert company, especially.

I'm off to see my folks in another town, so I must get off the 'puter.

Will you do two things for me?

...Will you make a list of telephone numbers to call? ...A long list?

...Will you spit out all phlegm and mucous that comes into your mouth? ...Just in case?


I can't think of a better way to stop several kinds of parasites in their tracks. And it's free. Well, maybe the price of tissue. You could use a wastebasket, toidy paper, or the toilet, or a sink.
