I am doing that now with the 1/2 hydrogen peroxide, 1/2 water and it really did seem to help. I do now show signs of a yeast infection, but the BV has subsided. I would swab myself with hydrogen peroxide and then use Acid Jelly. I called my pharmacist, who is very well versed in this area and he told me that the hydrogen peroxide is actually working against the Acid Jelly since the hydrogen peroxide is killing off all bacteria, good and bad. He suggested inserting a probiotic three times a day and that should help. I switched to that and so far so good. I do still show signs of yeast starting, but the probiotics I'm taking should help with that. Also, he said to make my system more acidic. Lime juice (if you can stand it) has the most acidity so I'm also mixing that with water and drinking it daily along with DanActive yogurt. But, the bottom line is that I do think that hydrogen peroxide can definately trigger a yeast infection.
