hi jenny, i myself has type 2 diabetis for 13 years and taking 3 tabs.of 850mg.of metfurmin per day with exercise my average glucose level is 6 mmol. it,s been 4months now that i've been doing u.t starting with 1 cup to 6cups a day with massage of old urine on my body, iwas able to gradually reduced my medication. and it's nearly 1 month now since i completely stop my tablets. my average is still 6 millimol. this is with moderate exercise. my Arthritis has improved a lot since then. the only thing that worries me is the eruption in my legs which starts to spread to my upper body. since i have a Psoriasis this concerns me a lot though they call this a healing crises.i'm worried as to when this rushes going to end. hope this info will help you.
