Re: Can anyone explain this apparent contradiction?

You guys and gals should really have this answer saved on your computer somewhere. People always ask this without looking at the rest of the posts, or looking into it any further. I've read this same question on here over and over again. I myself might have asked it but I don't think so, it took me two days to go through all the post. There is lots of info on this forum, look through it and most of your questions will be answered. Everyone here is very knowledgable on this subject and there are quite a few books you can read on it. I haven't taken the plunge to drink because my diet is less than steller but I have used it on my skin and am so impessed with how soft my skin is. I only use it on my face though. Tweet
