Pretty sure they squeeze out the chlorophyll since the tincture isn't very green.

You can try this chlorophyll test with some standard parsely.
Chop some parsely leave at room temperature for +30m then smell it, the chlorophyll is rancid.
Possibly the alcohol preserves the chlorophyll but will try my first batch after sqeezing it out into a tea towel.
