Somer, heeeelp me

O God, I hope Somer wiil read and answer this very sooon.....

O Somer, I am in terrible pain, my stomach is kiling me ,I don't know what to do. Its, terrible pain. I am relly afraid. First I thought it was my womb/ uterus aching me bec it was in process of healing, but now the pain has spread and the whole stomack is burning. It's my 4th day and everything was going all right till today.
I dont know if I should stop it, but would feel sorry if I do. If it is only for today- ok, but if it lasts longer, I can't stand it really.
I have BM during all days, first 2 days it was solid, now its watery, but its going out.
any idea what is wrong? heeeelp. I wiil really die. Tweet
