well, u are totally right about that... i think totally the same... it's just if salt and water are the main things of not being acidic so that virusses and bacteria cant make a home in ur body...didnt he consider food intakes ?..oh well, i have so many questions with no answers, i can just try for myself...

am on 13 days of salt and water...dont have miracles happening ...but i kind of feel better...that's about it... i'm still trying to battle my cravings... i try to get totally natural foods... i just cant stop the Sugar and nicotine cravings...i'll keep trying..

i hope the salt really will help me with the cravings... it's my main focus in life, beat those cravings... i dont have another choice... my health is not what it has to be.. autism in the direct family etc scoliosis etc mental etc... it's a one way road, or you heal, or you suffer...first not much, but increasing over time...
and i'm not planning to do that...i will heal.

oh well.
