I'm soooooooooo glad to see that Somer is here again. I was on Master-Cleanse several times in past and the first time was so easy thanks to you Somer. You always had good advices for everyone as you are an experienced MCer.
This is my 1st day od 20day mc, my head is aching me horribly.But that's the 1st day.
My questions for Somer-
I've only found a mixture of marple syrup and palm syrup. Is it ok to use this?
What do you thik about doing enemas during MC? I can't do swf, MY BODY WON'T STAND IT, TRIED SO MANY TIME AND VOMITING.So when I don't have many bowel movements I used to do enema. addicting? Senna is also addicting....
