Anyone know what causes the crash?

I Just had Mirena removed last month, due to all the anxiety and irritability, as well as digestive problems and depression. I still have symptoms, but overall I am feeling much better. I am really curious what other women had experienced post-removal. This 4th period crash, does anyone think they know why? Hormone related? It sounds similar to high body toxicity symptoms (toxins in the bloodstream cause fatigue and aching joints). Ill probably be facing it soon, and would love some insight on how to take care of myself.
