Am I "Crashing"????

I had the Mirena for 9 miserable months. I am now currently 4 months post-removal. I had the thing removed because of the severe dizziness and panic attacks that I am sure it was causing. I seemed to be slowly returning to normal the past couple of months until this morning! I woke up extremely dizzy to the point that I couldn't lift my head without the room spinning. It also caused me to go into full panic mode with the sweating palms and feet, rapid heart beat, and all out feeling of dying! This lasted about 4 hours but now I can't shake this light-headed foggy feeling that I haven't felt since having the Mirena in. Could this be a crash even after 4 months of not having it or should I run to the nearest ER? Any similar experiences or advice would ease my mind. Thanks. Tweet
