You won't be dismayed today (or ever) : ). To make it as simple as
possible how UT works I tell people to compare the difference between
a stagnant pond and a lake that circulates constantly. The pond is
the perfect breeding ground for bacteria but the lake is constantly
moving and circulating new fresh water so it remains vibrant and good
enough that we may even drink from it. In many ways what we are
suffering from is just stagnation and in reality all the healing modalities
you can think of are all about jump starting this process again in some
way or another, but NONE of them complete the circle like UT does in
terms of not only eliminating the dead waste but at the same time replacing
with the most beneficial bacteria your body (or mind) could ever find.
That is powerful.
