See that's the real magic and wonder of UT, there's really no "going
full force", things will just take their course as you are consistent with
it. I don't see any additional benefit from downing gallons of your urine
as opposed to a cup or a handful performed daily. I'm glad that you are commited
to a long haul process of gradual but really profound change.

As for the taste all I can say is "you taste like what you eat", :) which means
that cleaning up your diet helps with that. But more than that its important
to change your whole mindset towards what urine is which is really the
problem. Once you see its effects on your whole being (at least for me)
I actually have reverence for it when I drink as its no longer a waste
product but my body's innate wisdom working for me.
