Sorry about taking so long to reply, I moved my computer to a friends house.

No, I didn't pass any muciod plaque, I had diariahha for a few days though, constantly, felt incredible mind clarity, and felt awesome the whole time. I want to do another one, but I work at a pizza store, and can't stop eating the pizza. :( It really makes me sad that urine therapy is not just scary and feared but also laughed at by everybody. Although most people say good luck at fasting and urine therapy, but they would never do it to save their life no matter what.

I haven't used the zapper in a long time. Probably should start it again.

I think I might do a few days on fruit, then master cleanse, then urine fast. Probably the best plan for me.
