It's been some time since I last posted here. Just need to ask a quick question regarding urine fasting.
Q1 : How do you start doing it???
I need to reduce my body weight safely and quickly, due to the pain of sore feet. I start experiencing pain on the soles of my feet after walking for 1-2 hours. It's affecting my work and family life, so I have to do this. Been having this problem for a few years now but it has got worse this year.
I have never fasted before, would a semi-urine fast, combined with juicing work well?
