Re: ASAP - Day 40+2 breaking difficulties - needs advice
-6-:
I have fasted several times before, but never anything close to 40 days.
I would love to share with you my experience, and to answer specific and even personal questions, if you have any.
However, at the moment I feel it would be premature of me to "look back and summarize" my experience, as it's not yet behind me.
Breaking the fast is a sensitive part of the whole process and may change my overall view on it. Also I'm asking myself whether assuming I'll practice a "perfect diet", the benefits of the fast will remain.
I did achieve significant and scientific benefits from the fast. In a month, 2, a year or more, I could look back. If the symptoms are healed by than, then I'll say that this fast was the biggest winning of my life!
Let's keep in touch base...
Thanks for your support!
